Upgrading old deteriorated equipment will lower Swimming Pool Operation Costs. Better Filtration and Variable speed pumps make for clearer water.

Installation of a New Sand or Cartridge Filter will clean pool water much faster. Old dirty sand will keep water from flowing properly in the unit as well as deteriorated Cartridges in a Cartridge Filter.

Variable Speed pumps allow longer filtration periods at a lower run cost. Customization of minimum run times and speeds for each pool will differ depending on usage, debris and size.

Pool Heater malfunctions due to bad sensors or broken parts can be repaired. Older units may get heat exchanger breaks. It may be best to replace the heater at that time.

We install 2 types of heaters. The Electric Heat Pump and Gas Heaters. The gas heater options are Natural Gas or Propane. Gas heaters will heat the pool in all weather conditions. Electric Heat Pumps work of outside temperatures, so cold weather operation is not ideal.

When doing a Swimming Pool Drain and Refresh consider an Acid wash, Chlorine Wash or Waterline Tile calcium line removal. We use a media blasting process that goes easy on the tile fading and follow with a sealer. Hardwater deposit and light dirt staining can be removed with a light acid water mixture flushed over the surface. Green algae growth on the interior walls may require a chlorine wash to clear them off.
